      The VocaNOM application is AudioCodes’ intuitive voice-driven calling assistant, designed to enable medium to large enterprises to communicate in the most effective, simplified way.

      VocaNOM offers employees an easy and immediate way to interact with one another from within the office, outside of it, and even on the go - using their voice alone.

      By simply saying an employee\'s name, you can call, text, WhatsApp or email any organizational contact in a matter of seconds.

      “Data Subject” - a natural person whose personal data is processed by a controller or processor

      “Identifiable natural person” - means one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person;

      "Personal Data" means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (‘data subject’); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person;

      This Policy defines the ways in which AudioCodes collects, stores, shares, uses, retains and protects personal data provided to it.

      This policy describes the types of personal information collected by AudioCodes, the way AudioCodes uses and protects this information, and to whom it is disclosed.

      All AudioCodes personnel and suppliers are responsible and accountable for adhering to and implementing this policy.

    • 2.1.1.
      The type of personal data collected in accordance with the Service may vary depending on the activity and may include:
      • 1) Employees’ first and last name
        2) Employees’ phone numbers
        3) Employees’ email addresses
        4) Employees’ department information
        5) Employees’ phone devices software and platform used
        6) Statistics about the interactions with the Service, and the date and time of this activity

      AudioCodes uses the personal data to allow customers to use the VocaNOM application, to process transactions, to operate and optimize our Services, to provide you with a safe, smooth, efficient and customized experience, to fulfill specific requests.

      AudioCodes may also use personal data to
      • 1) Provide technical support and respond to inquiries;
        2) Help create a safer and more trusted environment for our customers by preventing fraud or potentially illegal activities;
        3) Deliver and enforce our Terms of Service,
        4) Ensure proper functioning of our product and Services;

      AudioCodes will not retain personal data for longer than is necessary for our business purposes or for legal requirements.

      In all cases of data access and collection, the information provided will not be disclosed, rented, loaned, leased, sold, or otherwise voluntarily distributed to unaffiliated third parties and will be used solely for the purpose stated herein.

  • 2.3. Cross-Border Transfer, Processing and Storage of Personal Data

      Personal data collected may also be processed by AudioCodes' employees operating outside of the EU. This staff may be engaged in processing transactions and payment details or provisioning support services.

      AudioCodes does not share personal information or corporate data (company contacts) with third parties.

  • 2.5. Children’s Privacy
    • 2.5.1.
      AudioCodes is committed to protecting the privacy needs of children and encourage parents and guardians to take an active role in their children’s online activities and interests. AudioCodes does not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13 without their parents' or guardians’ consent. AudioCodes relies upon the accuracy of information provided by the controller to determine age.

      Personal data is collected and processed by AudioCodes only upon specific consent of the data subjects.

      AudioCodes maintains accurate customer records.

      Data subjects may request to modify their Personal Information at any time by submitting a request through the support portal.

  • 2.8. Deletion of Personal Information

      AudioCodes supports the Data subjects' "Right to be forgotten".

    • 2.8.2.
      Data subjects may request to remove their Personal Information at any time by submitting a request through the support portal.

    • 2.8.3.
      Accounts created with AudioCodes are considered active until AudioCodes receives a user request to delete them or deactivate them.

      AudioCodes follows appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and suitable security measures in order to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information, and all other data stored on our system.
